1. Scope
This Privacy Policy applies to the 
mobile application, website, and related services (together, the “Service”). “,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to the operator of the Service. If you do not agree with this policy, please do not use the Service.
2. Information we collect
Account and household information
We collect information you provide when creating an account and setting up a household, such as your email address, household member names and roles, preferences, and other details you choose to add.
Connected personal email
If you connect a supported personal email account, accesses only the data needed to identify household-relevant messages and produce the actions, reminders, and calendar suggestions you request. This may include sender and message metadata, message content, links, and attachments needed to provide those features.
You choose which sources are approved. A work email address saved in a household profile is used only as an event invitee address; does not read, scan, or search that work inbox.
Calendar information
If you connect a calendar provider, accesses the calendars you select so it can show schedules and create events at your direction. Unselected calendars are not used in the household view or alerts.
Content you provide
We process messages, voice input, photos, documents, feedback, and other content you submit to in order to respond and perform the feature you requested.
Technical information
We may collect limited device, app-version, authentication, security, and diagnostic information needed to operate, protect, and improve the Service. We do not use third-party advertising trackers.
3. How we use information
We use information to:
- provide and personalize household actions, reminders, schedules, and assistant responses;
- connect and synchronize services you choose to use;
- maintain account security, prevent abuse, and troubleshoot the Service;
- communicate with you about your account and respond to support requests; and
- understand reliability and improve user-facing features.
does not sell personal information, build advertising profiles, or use your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
4. Google user data and Limited Use
’s use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. You can review that policy at Google API Services User Data Policy.
We use Google user data only to provide or improve the prominent, user-facing features you authorize. We do not use Google user data for advertising, sell it, or use it to train generalized artificial intelligence or machine-learning models. Human access is limited to cases where you give specific consent, access is needed for security or legal compliance, or aggregated data has been stripped of identifying information.
5. Service providers and sharing
We share information only as needed with vendors that help us host, secure, authenticate, analyze, and provide the Service, including the AI processing required for user-visible features. Those providers may process information only on our instructions and subject to appropriate confidentiality and security obligations.
We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect users or the Service, or as part of a merger, financing, acquisition, or sale of assets. If ownership changes, this policy continues to apply unless you are notified otherwise.
6. Retention and deletion
We keep account and household information while your account is active and as needed to provide the Service. For source items tied to a dated action or event, provider identifiers and related source metadata are scheduled for deletion 30 days after that date. Undated source metadata is scheduled for deletion after 90 days. Raw message bodies and attachments are minimized and retained only when needed to provide the requested feature.
You can delete your account and household data from Settings in the app. You may also request deletion by emailing pepr@getpepr.ai. Some information may remain for a limited period in backups, fraud-prevention records, or records we must keep to comply with law.
7. Your choices and controls
- Choose and change approved email sources.
- Select which calendars appear in .
- Disconnect a provider or revoke access through that provider.
- Correct household information in the app.
- Delete your account and household data in Settings.
Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of personal information. Contact us to exercise those rights. We may need to verify your identity first.
8. Security
We use administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information, including encrypted connections and access controls. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Children
is intended for adults managing a household. It is not directed to children under 13, and children should not create accounts. Adults may choose to add limited information about household members, including children, to organize family responsibilities.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the Service changes. We will post the updated policy here and change the effective date. If a change is material, we will provide additional notice when appropriate.
